Thick & Tight, the Philharmonia Orchestra’s Artists in Residence for the 2025/26 season, celebrates the culmination of their year in residency with a symposium of dance, music and ideas.
Thick & Tight presents works blending dance and movement with music by Ravel, Kurtág and more. They are joined by guest soprano Ruby Hughes and dancers Annie Edwards and Harry Alexander.
Interwoven with reflections from Thick & Tight on their residency and creative process, this is an intimate opportunity to learn more from one of the industry’s most innovative and exciting dance theatre companies.
Thick & Tight is a dance theatre company based in the UK, co-directed by Daniel Hay-Gordon and El Perry. Daniel and El create a mix of dance, mime, theatre, satire and drag, taking influence from a wide range of historical, political, literary and artistic subjects.
